Please, add...

...the best friend your refrigerator can have - Our "made for refrigerators" surge protection unit. We have them on sale right now for $99.99 and it could add YEARS to the life of your refrigerator!

We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase a refrigerator with a 10 year compressor warranty. Five years used to be standard, but it was changed some years ago and had led to failures at a rapidly increasing rate.

Some off-shore manufacturers are offering 5-7 year warranties, but cannot seem to supply the necessary parts, so the warranty is somewhat useless.

A 10 year compressor COULD fail, but odds are it won't! We we lessen the possibility of failure and ease the impact if it does!

Compressors

Top Mount Refrigerators: Mostly 18-21 cubic feet, these are the "old fashioned" refrigerators that are 28-30 inches wide and fit in most every kitchen. Most have gallow door storage and vegetable/fruit bins in the bottom. They are not featured with dispensers. This kind of refrigerator nowadays is for the "value conscious."

Bottom Mount Refrigerators: The newest rage in refrigeration, the freezer at the bottom allows for a wider refrigerator which is more "user friendly." There are more electronics in these kinds of machines than in your TV! There is more opportunity for failure, so be prepared to have a trade-off.

Side by Side Refrigerators: These have become the standard. They ALL have dispensers and water filtration. They are mostly all 36 inches wide and 70 inches tall. Some can be ordered at 33 inches wide - but that makes an awfully narrow storage area.

All Refrigerators: We can get you two seperate units - one refrigerator and one freezer. Takes a lot more width, but a nifty idea in the proper setting.
