Bring your MODEL NUMBER!
Please come prepared so you can leave happy! Our industry is driven by numbers. Every appliance has a number and every part has a number. NOTHING IS GENERIC! A knob from one Whirlpool range will not fit another range. So you MUST have your model number. Since parts sales are always final, we MUST give you the right part the first time and that ALWAYS requires a model number.
We actually have folks get angry because they bring in a part and think we should know automatically what it is and have in stock the proper replacement. Thank you for that confidence in us, but reality is, we NEED to know your model number. Bringing the old part is sometimes helpful, but a model number is STILL required!

It's all about CONVENIENCE!
Truth be told, stocking and selling parts is NOT a profit center for us! It is a service we offer to help you. We have parts in stock for our own service and recycling operations, so we figured you would appreciate having access to them in a convenient setting at convenient times.
Sometimes you can search the world over and find a part cheaper than we buy them. That's OK since we are not a wholesale parts distributor. We realize we pay more for our parts from our supplier, but we are always assured of getting the GENUINE product...not some used one or generic one. We also count on our supplier for QUICK turnaround which is often more important than saving a buck.
If you need the convenience of our parts inventory and quick ordering, come on down to the store and let us help you. But you can probably ALWAYS get them cheaper than we can if you work at it long enough. Our mission when it comes to parts is...CONVENIENCE!
